Coaching/client records — for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years to meet UK record-keeping requirements.
Analytics data — Google Analytics 4 data is retained according to property settings (currently up to 14 months for user-level data, indefinitely for aggregate reports).

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
Strictly necessary cookies — required for the Site to function (session, security, form submission). These cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate visitor behaviour.
Functionality cookies — to remember preferences such as the cookie banner acceptance state.
