Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 April 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of liamsandford.com (the "Site") and any related content, products, or services offered through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Liam Sandford ("we", "us", "our"). For contact details, see Section 12 below.

You are at least 16 years old (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
The information you provide is accurate and current.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and professional purposes. You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content without written permission, except as allowed by Section 4 below
Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise systematically extract content for commercial purposes
Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation

Use the Site to transmit harmful, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful content
Use any automated system (bots, crawlers, AI scrapers) to access the Site in violation of robots.txt or applicable rate limits
3. Accounts and forms
When you subscribe to communications, complete a contact form, or otherwise provide information through the Site, you must provide accurate information and you remain responsible for keeping that information up to date. You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, articles, graphics, photographs, logos, frameworks (including but not limited to The Nano Speech framework), book extracts, and audio/video material — is owned by Liam Sandford or licensed for use on the Site, and is protected by UK and international copyright, trade mark, and related laws.
You may:
Read, view, and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use
Share article URLs and short quotes (under 100 words) with proper attribution and a link back to the source

5. Products and paid services
If you purchase a coaching package, course, speaker engagement, or any other paid service through or after contact via the Site, the specific terms of that service (price, deliverables, refund policy, scheduling, cancellation) will be set out in a separate written agreement or order confirmation. Those terms supplement these Terms; in the event of conflict, the specific service agreement prevails for that engagement.
6. Books and external retailers
Books authored by Liam Sandford are sold through third-party retailers (such as Amazon and other booksellers). Purchases of books are governed by the terms of the retailer you buy from, not by these Terms.
7. Newsletter and marketing communications
